Ensuring the efficient part flow through our assembly Microfactory is essential to the successful build of our Van’s in Bicester. We require a number of Assembly Support Technicians to join the team.

As a start-up, there are many processes to be defined and you will be key in this development phase. There will be constant continuous improvement of processes until we create the ideal production operations template that can be rolled out to future production facilities and Microfactories.

This role will be shift based Monday-Friday. You will work 2 weeks of the early shift 6am-2:30pm followed by 2 weeks of the late shift 2pm-10:30pm.
