AP/AR Analyst

Brightseed is growing! This newly created role is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented and accounting minded person who wants to be a part of an innovative company that is illuminating nature to restore human health!  As the Accounts Payable and Account Receivable clerk, you will be responsible for the daily processing of invoices using Bill.com and PO matching in NetSuite. Reporting into the Assistant Controller, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations, vendor communication, new account setup, vendor file maintenance, procure to pay function and activities, credit cards, travel, and business expense activities.  You will also be responsible for the proper invoice GL expense coding, internal inquiry resolution and supporting the Finance and Accounting team as needed.
