We are seeking an Analyst, Metrics & Reporting to play a key role in Lucid Financial Services’ expansion and operations. This is a critical role that requires excellent analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into easily digestible data.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
· California (Bay Area) - $80,000 – $110,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Responsibilities:Monitor and report on Lucid Financial Services’ operational workflows on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Identify trends and communicate variances to management Conduct root cause analysis of underlying trends, working with the operations team to develop a firm understanding of LFS processes Create new Salesforce reports and dashboards that management can utilize for real-time reporting Prepare analytics to support monthly portfolio reviewsSupport global LFS reporting including USA, CAN, EU, and KSA
