Advanced Production Technician - Rectification

As an Advanced Production Technician for the rectification team you will play a pivotal role in the success of the operation. As a start-up, there are many processes to be defined and you will be key in this development phase. There will be constant continuous improvement of processes until we create the ideal production operations template that can be rolled out to future Microfactories. 

The candidate will be part of the end of line team with its operations in Bicester, with the  focus on helping to set up the rectification processes. Once into full production, this role will require the successful candidate to be on-site daily and carry out Rectification tasks across all shifts, expecting shift work where needed.
