You will start your Arrival journey within the Banbury R&D site where you will be required to be onsite daily and be hands-on with the vehicle manual build program from day 1. Once the Bicester Microfactory is operational, you will move to the series production line where the processes and skills learned in Banbury will be utilised within the production environment to set up, optimise and run the battery pack production area with the addition of a second shift when going into full production.

Although a strong Electrical background and understanding is a must, further inhouse High Voltage and Health and Safety training will be provided.
