Are you looking for a role, where you can learn new skills within a company that is revolutionising how vehicles are produced? Are you looking for a role where you will play a pivotal role in the success of the general assembly operation?

As an Advanced Production Technician you will be a key part of one of Arrival’s first Microfactories. Whilst the basis of the role is defined, you will be involved with continual process improvement and development.

Once the optimised production process is fully defined this model will be rolled out to future Microfactories all over the world.

You will start your Arrival journey within the Banbury R&D operations site. You will be required to be onsite daily and be hands-on with the vehicle build program from day 1 which will give you great exposure to many of the assembly processes.

Once we start progression you will be part of the General Assembly team at the Bicester Microfactory where the processes and skills learned at Banbury will be utilised within the production environment. Once the Microfactory is fully operational, shift work will be required, this will include rotating early (6am-2:30pm) and late (2pm-10:30pm) shifts.

A career with Arrival will expose you to the bare bones of a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial technology company, so if you’re interested in creating the future, not just talking about it, we’d love to hear from you.
