You will participate in all the phases of the verification activities (development of test plans, test procedures, test in the simulator, data analysis and test report) as well as defining and running commissioning tests and supporting flight test activity.
You will be working closely with a variety of engineering teams, whilst managing relationships and working with partners and suppliers of hardware, software and technical services.
You will report to the IPT Lead – Flight Control Systems and be a key member of the Flight Control Systems team, supporting the continued development of our in-house expertise, specialist knowledge and capabilities.

A spectrum of technical competencies is preferred, such as expertise in working with multiple types of air vehicle including rotorcraft/multirotor, programming in MATLAB/Simulink and Python as well as familiarity with SysML. Ideally you will have had direct involvement in flight test programmes however this isn’t essential. You will have gained this experience from either Aerospace or other highly regulated sectors.
