The ADAS team is currently seeking an ADAS Electrical Validation Engineer. This position requires an experienced professional with a background in automotive ECU electronics board bring up, debug and trouble shooting.

The Role:
Work with and support Electrical Engineer, embedded software engineer on new designed board bring up, debug, upgrading, board level interface verification, BSP driver level system function test and verification etc Prototype ECU board troubleshooting, repair, testing, EMC/EMI testing, Thermal and Vehicle level testingWork closely with multifunction team to integrate the ECU with vehicle level electrical subsystem, identify the ECU related issue during integration, or identify the other subsystem issue which causes ECU failureWork closely with Electrical designer to generate prototype board test plan and execute prototype board EDVT testWork closely with CM to generate DV/PV test plan and guide CM to follow LUCID standard, requirement and test plan in CM production lineWork closely with LUCID Firmware team and CM test team to define Software structure to develop software stack for ECU CM production test.Work closely with quality engineer in production team to analysis the failure of RMA ECU, and identify the failure, to report the failure to design engineer to improve design quality and manufacture qualityQualifications:
Sound troubleshooting & diagnostic methodology, Debugging hardware essentialMust be able to read schematics and PCB layoutsAt least 3+ years of experience in defining tests, setting up, and working with laboratory tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, traffic generators, data acquisition, spectrum analyzer , etc.)Knowledge and experience on Linux Shell and scriptKnowledge of fundamental hardware blocks & subsystems for ADAS ECU, including SoC, GPU, DDR, UFS, eMMC, I2C, SPI, RGMII, SGMII, PCIe, GMSL, Power Buck, LDO, etcDeep hands-on experience to use oscilloscope and its corresponded SW to analysis complex circuit/subsystem timing, signal integrity, PI, such DDR memory interface timing, signal integrity etc3 years of experience to generate test case/plan by using schematics.Experience to use Word/Excel to generate well organized test plan by following schematics, and create well organized test reportMust be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Advantageous:
