This multifaceted approach requires an understanding of systems engineering best practices, control systems development, and systems integration.

You will be working closely with a variety of engineering teams, both in-house and external partners. You will take undertake integrated development and verification through simulation, analysis, and testing (component, rig, ground and flight testing).

You will report to the head of Mechanical Systems and be a key member of the Actuation Systems team, supporting the continued development of our in-house expertise, specialist knowledge and capabilities.

Experience of working in a highly regulated environment on safety critical systems is desirable.

A spectrum of technical competencies is required, including experience in Systems Engineering, Requirement Management, Validation & Verification processes, and an ability to drive system development. Ideally you will have gained this experience from either Aerospace or other highly regulated sectors ie. nuclear, robotics, medical, automotive etc.
