What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• We are looking for A/P Analyst- for Accounting Shared service role. Processing of vendor invoices North America and EMEA region. Involved in various accounting and finance function of Account payable. Assist in the monthly AP closing, GL account reconciliation of various Ivalua Subsidiaries. Assist Accounting Manager to develop and manage compliance and controls within corporate requirements.

Requirements

• Administration of our Procurement tool: manage and maintain improvements, user creation.
• Train & inform users and correct requisitions & PO inserted by purchasers/users.
• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment.
• Enforce the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls
• Month-end closing coordination for all subsidiaries.
• Continuous improvement and process standardization for responsibility areas and broader month end closing process
• Will have exposure to different areas and levels of the organization, such as tax, treasury, FP&A and external reporting
• Work collaboratively with other accounting officers within organization
• Provide solutions to accounting issues as they arise
• Ability to quickly learn industry-related regulations quickly and utilize information in written reports
• Review and correct A/P Invoices for GL, department and class combination
• Maintains an excellent level of verbal and written communication with vendors and the purchase teams

Essential Skills : 

• • Com / M. Com with Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience mainly in BPO or Shared Services environment.
  • Proficiency in Advance Excel and Access (must have).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, managers, technical staff, and others from different cultures/ levels both internal and external to the firm.
  • Results driven, detail orientated, and hardworking.
  • Finance Shared service experience and knowledge of Oracle NetSuite as plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment and to meet tight and various deadlines.
  • Willing to work in the Night shift.
