Review and maintain accurate financial documents, files and records for accuracy, completeness, validity, and adherence to company standardsApply accounting procedures and practices to the analysis of basic accounting problemsAnalyze and interpret accounting data, verify accuracy of billing data and correct any errorsExecute daily administrative / operational tasks and prepare detailed reports and correspondence to managementProvide administrative support, including distributing, filing, and processing mail, and other correspondence, etc. Ad-hoc tasks across different functions and seniority levels (e.g. preparing presentation materials, go-to person for all office needs, handling of building maintenance requests)What we are looking for
