3DX Requirements & DVP Implementation:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the implementation of 3DX TRM (Test Requirements Management) and Test Manager.
  • Support the rollout of 3DX TRM and Test Manager for requirements management and Design Validation Plans (DVPs).
  • Define and document processes for requirements, DFMEA/PFMEA, and DVP management in 3DX.
  • Conduct cut-over migration from JAMA to 3DX TRM and Test Manager, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Develop user manuals and training documentation to support adoption.
  • Provide regression testing and user support during UAT phases.
  • Offer post-go-live support to users, ensuring the stability and functionality of 3DX TRM & Test Manager.

Requirements Configuration & Change Management:

  • Ensure alignment of requirements with functional, logical, and physical product definitions.
  • Support integration of requirements with validation and verification (V&V) processes, including automated test case generation and execution.
  • Collaborate with software and digital engineering teams to align requirement configurations with agile development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Facilitate integration of in-house automated testing tools with 3DX TRM and Test Manager for seamless test execution and result tracking.
  • Lead requirement change management processes, including impact analysis, version control, and traceability across engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure synchronization of requirement configurations with enterprise systems (e.g., JIRA, Other tools) to maintain consistency and data integrity.
  • Support cross-functional reviews of requirement changes and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Process Definition & Documentation:

  • Coordinate project meetings, create communication decks, and maintain project documentation.
  • Support User Verification Testing (UVT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before go-live.
  • Drive adoption and ensure smooth transition through change management strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
