Your Role and Your Team:

Lilium is growing fast. In this role, you will take pride in delivering a world-class candidate experience.  Throughout the candidate experience lifecycle, you will work closely with colleagues in the recruitment team to drive a seamless, personalized, service-oriented interview process.  Through strong partnerships and excellent organizational skills, you will work directly with the hiring managers and candidates to provide detailed communications, logistical support, and creative solutions to facilitate interview arrangements.  You will also deliver timely, accurate, data-driven insights for continuous process improvement and a magical candidate experience.

Your Day to Day:

  • Schedule interviews, meetings, rooms, and travel arrangements across multiple locations  
  • Coordinate the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to the selection of the suitable candidate  
  • Facilitate candidates during onsite visits: picking up candidates from airport reception and driving them to interview locations at our offices 
  • Set up interview rooms and escort candidates to and from interviews with a professional, friendly manner  
  • Participate and/or take responsibility in projects regarding process development and improvement of the recruitment team (via OKR’s) 
  • Organize and take active part in career fairs and university events  
  • Work on other ad-hoc administrative tasks, reports, and projects 

Your Profile: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience within an HR, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Assistant, or similar environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 
  • Intrinsic motivation to provide top-notch customer service and deliver results 
  • Excellent administrative skills and ability to keep the overview   
  • Analytical approach to problem solving with sound and reliable judgement 
  • Team player who is comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-national environment with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
  • Naturally resilient with the capability to manage in ambiguity, deal effectively with conflicts, and collaborate well across the organization in a transparent and constructive manner  
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, any other languages would be beneficial 
  • Project management training or experience is an advantage 
  • Experience working with calendars and schedules
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Greenhouse, is preferred 
  • Knowledge of Global Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR)
